The Experience

Enjoy a couple of hours or more of artistic fun on your French holiday. No experience with art is necessary, it is open to beginners through experienced artists in this hands-on ‘getting in touch’ with your creative side. You may even surprise yourself.

An air-dry clay workshop gets your hands dirty and mind into the 3D perspective. It's easily learned and a great way to feel inspired to create, relax your mind and even relieve some stress.

Sculpting is about building, forming, shaping. We explore what you’d like to create and give you a feel for pottery. Your creations make a wonderful hand-made gift. Pencil holders, jewellery, key or trinket trays, planters or candle holders and more. All functional items you can decorate any way you wish.

Experiment with colour as we can decorate with marker pen, acrylic paint or ink however, you will find that for some colour work, we may have split for more than one session to allow at least 48hrs for the clay to dry before painting.

Note: any bowls, plates or mugs made with air dry clay are for decorative purposes only and are not food-safe, as it is a type of clay designed to be left unsealed and is not watertight or food safe.

We have the basic materials however we know, as artists, we have our favourite materials, so feel free to bring the ones you love, including special brushes, artist travel kits, pens, journals and camera.
